ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT REVIEW PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Pre-application meeting - The petitioner shall meet <br />with City staff to discuss his proposal and City <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Complete application form provided. <br /> <br />Payment of a fee as determined by resolution of the <br />City Council which is commensurate with the cost of pro- <br />cessing this application. <br /> <br />Submit 5 copies of the site plan to the Zoning Officer <br />(see Environmental Ordinance). <br /> <br />The City Staff shall review the site plan and shall <br />transmit a report with their comments together with any <br />supporting material to the Planning Commission prior to <br />the meeting at which such plan is to be considered. The <br />applicant shall require a copy of the staff report when <br />copies are distributed to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission may require qualified technical <br />services such as land planning and legal to review the <br />site plan and advise on its suitability regarding general <br />planning; conformity with plans of other private and <br />public organizations and agencies, and other features. <br />The developer shall be required to pay the cost of such <br />services. <br /> <br />After the Planning Commission makes a recommendation on the <br />rezoning application, its recommendation will.be forwarded <br />to the City Council. <br /> <br />The City Council will make the final determination as <br />to whether the permit will be granted and under what <br />conditions. <br /> <br />97 <br /> <br /> <br />
