Cameron: ! met with Mr. Cameron on November 23, 1980 <br />and he told me he would prefer having all the runoff diverted north across <br />159th Avenue if it didn't cause any damage to the properties north of 159th <br />Avenue. His drain field is located on the low area of his lot and becomes <br />saturated and backs up during periods of heavy rain and runoff. <br /> <br />In discussing the problem with the residents north of 159th Avenue they <br />don't feel they should have to take additional runoff and they are opposed <br />to diversion of additional water unto their properties. <br /> <br />As an alternative to a culvert or dry wells, catchbasins could be placed <br />at the intersection of 159th Avenue and Ebony Street and the majority <br />of the water could be diverted unto the large undeveloped lot northwest <br />of this intersection. <br /> <br /> <br />
