CASE #4: BOX CAR ZONING VIOLATION ON STATE HIGHWAY #10:

CASE #5:

CASE #6:

CASE #7:

This appeared on your Council agenda dated November 10, 1980
and Council tabled it because Mr. Hexom stated he would not
be able to attend that meeting. Consequently, it is requested
that you refer to case #5 (D-3) Council New Business your
agenda dated November 10, 1980 for background information on
this case.

It should be noted that the City Attorney has had the courts
serve Mr. Hexom with a formal complaint. If we can get this
matter resolved outside the court it would be better for the
City.

Council Action: Your action will be to give direction on this
case. I assume you will direct t~is to the Planning and
Zoning Commission. I do think the citizen should have it
pointed out to him that his past action has cost the City time
s_nd money which comes from the taxpayers.

TRAPROCK CGMMONS PLAT RELF~E OF M~INTENANCE BOND FOR ROADS:

Enclosure (D2-b) contains a letter from City Engineer dated
November 7, 1980 requesting that the City release maintenance
bond on roads in the above plat. In this case the developer
has a $500 escrow fund on deposit with the City.

Council Action: Your action would be to direct the City to
release the above said funds based on enclosure (D2-b)

2~UNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY ROUTE REGARDING CITY OF R~EY:

At your last regular Council meeting you directed/requested
that the CityEngineer and Staff come up with proposed
recommendation on gaining full utilization of our State Aid
Highway system here in the City.

Accordingly, Exhibit "A" is submitted for your review on the
proposed new addition to our M SA routes in R~m~ey. City En-
gineer will cover this all at the meeting. Council should be
aware that the State Highway Department will have to approve
of this.

QUOTES ON FIRE DOOR FOR CITY HALL:

Council at their last meeting directed City Staff to get price
quotes on a fire door which would be installed on the door be-
tween the fire meeting room and fire department garage. Please
refer to enclosure (D2-c) for the price quotes.

Council Action: Your action will be to adopt the low quote by
resolution. The City Public Works Department will install the
door and it will take about two weeks to get said door.
