Councilman Reimann said he would like to see some specifications so he <br />could better able make a decision. <br />Councilman Mickelson said he thought the city should have something to <br />indicate that it is okay to put the sign up there. <br />Mayor Gamec suggested that John get together with the E.D.C., get <br />on the Agenda and get a commitment of who will be on the sign. <br />The council is all in favor of it. <br />3) Granting of a Building Permit Prior to Platting Property Request for; <br />Case of Jack Menkveld <br />Jack Menkveld was present to discuss with the City Council about granting <br />a building permit prior to completion of platting and asking for a <br />wants buildbalstore bounds <br />because <br />N and the Meats <br />Burlington Northern tracks. <br />Discussion was held on this issue. <br />It was determined that no council action was needed due to Parcel B <br />not being a split off parcel. It was recommended that Mr. Menkveld <br />get a building permit and come back to the council for site plan <br />approval. <br />City Attorney Goodrich said Parcel B is a metes and bounds discription <br />but it is not a split off parcel. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Councilman Reimann asked about the $34.00 rental of Pitney Bowes Machine <br />and if the city could buy one. <br />City Administrator Schnelle will look into the matter. <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and Seconded by Councilman Cox to approve <br />the payment of the bills in the amount of $374,048.97. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox.
