Councilman Reimann said he would like to see some specifications so he could better able make a decision. Councilman Mickelson said he thought the city should have something to indicate that it is okay to put the sign up there. Mayor Gamec suggested that John get together with the E.D.C., get on the Agenda and get a commitment of who will be on the sign. The council is all in favor of it. 3) Granting of a Building Permit Prior to Platting Property Request for; Case of Jack Menkveld Jack Menkveld was present to discuss with the City Council about granting a building permit prior to completion of platting and asking for a wants buildbalstore bounds because N and the Meats Burlington Northern tracks. Discussion was held on this issue. It was determined that no council action was needed due to Parcel B not being a split off parcel. It was recommended that Mr. Menkveld get a building permit and come back to the council for site plan approval. City Attorney Goodrich said Parcel B is a metes and bounds discription but it is not a split off parcel. PAYMENT OF BILLS Councilman Reimann asked about the $34.00 rental of Pitney Bowes Machine and if the city could buy one. City Administrator Schnelle will look into the matter. Motion by Councilman Reimann and Seconded by Councilman Cox to approve the payment of the bills in the amount of $374,048.97. Motion carried. Voting yes -Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, Mickelson and Cox.
