A proposals for the project was <br />received from only one of the contractors, which is tabulated below. <br />1 Contractor Total Quote <br />Water Conservation Services, Inc $ 1,196.00 <br />Water Conservation Services, Inc. submitted the lone quote, which in Staff s opinion is a responsible and <br />reasonable quote. Based on the submitted quote, Staff recommends accepting the proposal for Hy-10 Ramsey <br />water leak testing from Water Conservation Services, Inc. <br />The Contractor is required to complete their work by April 14, 2023. <br />Notification: <br />No notifications are required with this case. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #23-052 accepting municipal utility testing proposals for Hy-10 Ramsey Street <br />Reconstruction, Improvement Project #23-12. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this work is proposed to come from the respective utility enterprise (Sewer, Stormwater Utility and <br />Water) funds.
