Councilmember <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06-03-xx <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING EXCESS EQUIPMENT <br />WltEREAS, staff h~s conducted a review of the existing fleet of city vehicles; <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, staffhas determined that three (3) vehicles should be declared <br />excess equipment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff intends to sell the three (3) vehicles at auction a purchase one <br />late model, low mileage, fuel efficient vehicle for city hail staff use. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes declaration of the <br /> following three (3) vehicles as excess equipment: <br /> <br /> UNIT 307- 2FAFP71WSYX1238549, 94,000 Miles <br /> LrNIT 032- 2FAHP71W93X175806, 101,000 Miles <br /> UNIT 033- 2FAFP71W03X175807, 90,000 Miles <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of March 2006. <br /> <br />-128- <br /> <br /> <br />
