Notification: <br />If City Council awards a contract for stabilized full -depth reclamation mix design, City Staff would send <br />notification letters to residents in the impacted area, giving notice that pavement coring crews will be present, and <br />the scope of the services being provided at this time. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Observations: <br />Though initial project start will be delayed by several weeks using the SFDR method, the construction process <br />will generally be less complicated and quicker than other street reconstruction methods. The ultimate project <br />completion time is not anticipated to be delayed by using the SFDR method, and overall impacts to the traveling <br />public during construction will be minimized. <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #23-070 accepting stabilized full -depth reclamation design proposals for <br />Improvement Project #23-04, 167 th Avenue Reconstruction. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this work is proposed to come from Municipal State Aid (MSA) Funds.
