HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />25.1 (x) the retirement and replacement of drug detection dogs; and <br />25.2 (xi) the Department of Human Services and county social service agencies to address <br />25.3 any increase in demand for services. <br />25.4 (h) In developing the recommended funding levels under paragraph (g), clause (9), items <br />25.5 (vii) to (xi), the office shall consult with local law enforcement agencies, the Minnesota <br />25.6 Chiefs of Police Association, the Minnesota Sheriffs Association, the League of Minnesota <br />25.7 Cities. the Association of Minnesota Counties. and countv social services agencies. <br />25.8 Sec. 5. [342.051 STATEWIDE MONITORING SYSTEM. <br />25.9 Subdivision 1. Statewide monitoring. The office must contract with an outside vendor <br />25.10 to establish a statewide monitoring system for integrated cannabis tracking, inventory, and <br />25.11 verification to track all cannabis plants, cannabis flower, and cannabis products from seed, <br />25.12 immature plant, or creation until disposal or sale to a patient or customer. <br />25.13 Subd. 2. Data submission requirements. The monitoring system must allow cannabis <br />25.14 businesses to submit monitoring data to the office throuLTh the use of monitoring system <br />25.15 software commonly used within the cannabis industry and may also permit cannabis <br />25.16 businesses to submit monitorinLy data throuLyh manual data entry with abbroval from the <br />25.17 office. <br />25.18 Sec. 6. [342.061 APPROVAL OF CANNABIS FLOWER, PRODUCTS, AND <br />25.19 CANNABINOIDS. <br />25.20 (a) The office shall approve types of cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower -potency <br />25.21 hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products for retail sale. <br />25.22 (b) The office may establish limits on the total THC of cannabis flower, cannabis <br />25.23 products, and hemp -derived consumer products. As used in this paragraph, "total THC" <br />25.24 means the sum of the percentage by weight of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid multiplied by <br />25.25 0.877 plus the bercenta2e by weight of all tetrahvdrocannabinols. <br />25.26 (c) The office shall not approve any cannabis product, lower -potency hemp edible, or <br />25.27 hemp -derived consumer product that: <br />25.28 (1) is or appears to be a lollipop or ice cream; <br />25.29 (2) bears the likeness or contains characteristics of a real or fictional person, animal, or <br />25.30 fruit; <br />Article 1 Sec. 6. 25 <br />
