HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 11O100-9 <br />55.1 cannabinoids, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products that are <br />55.2 damaged, have a broken seal, have been contaminated, or have not been sold by the expiration <br />55.3 date on the label. <br />55.4 (b) Disposal must be conducted in a manner approved by the office. <br />55.5 (c) Disposal of any cannabis plants, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially <br />55.6 derived cannabinoids, and hemp -derived consumer products that are required to be entered <br />55.7 into the statewide monitoring system must be documented in the statewide monitoring <br />55.8 system. <br />55.9 (d) Loss or theft of any cannabis plants, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially <br />55.10 derived cannabinoids, or hemp -derived consumer products that are required to be entered <br />55.11 into the statewide monitoring system must be reported to local law enforcement and a <br />55.12 business must log any such loss or theft in the statewide monitoring system as soon as the <br />55.13 loss or theft is discovered. <br />55.14 Subd. 3. Sale of approved products. Cannabis businesses and hemp businesses may <br />55.15 only sell cannabis plants, cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially derived <br />55.16 cannabinoids, lower -potency hemp edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products that are <br />55.17 a type approved by the office and that comply with this chapter and rules adopted pursuant <br />55.18 to this chapter regarding the testing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis plants, cannabis <br />55.19 flower, cannabis products, artificially derived cannabinoids, lower -potency hemp edibles, <br />55.2o and hemp -derived consumer products. <br />55.21 Subd. 4. Financial relationship. (a) Except for the lawful sale of cannabis plants, <br />55.22 cannabis flower, cannabis products, artificially derived cannabinoids, lower -potency hemp <br />55.23 edibles, and hemp -derived consumer products in the ordinary course of business and as <br />55.24 otherwise provided in this subdivision, no cannabis business or hemp business may offer, <br />55.25 give, accept, receive, or borrow money or anything else of value or accept or receive credit <br />55.26 from any other cannabis business. This prohibition applies to offering or receiving a benefit <br />55.27 in exchange for preferential placement by a retailer, including preferential placement on <br />55.28 the retailer's shelves, display cases, or website. This prohibition applies to every cooperative <br />55.29 member or every director, manager, and general partner of a cannabis business or hemp <br />55.3o business. <br />55.31 (b) This prohibition does not apply to merchandising credit in the ordinary course of <br />55.32 business for a period not to exceed 30 days. <br />55.33 (c) This prohibition does not apply to free samples of usable cannabis flower, cannabis <br />55.34 products, lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products packaged in a <br />Article 1 Sec. 23. 55 <br />
