A sample jar may not contain more than eight grams of usable <br />56.4 cannabis flower, more than eight grams of a cannabis concentrate, an edible cannabis product <br />56.5 infused with more than 100 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol, a lower -potency hemp <br />56.6 edible infused with more than 50 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol, or a hemp -derived <br />56.7 consumer product with a total weight of more than eight grams. <br />56.8 (d) This prohibition does not apply to free samples of cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />56.9 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products provided to a retailer or <br />56.10 cannabis wholesaler for the purposes of quality control and to allow retailers to determine <br />56.11 whether to offer a product for sale. A sample provided for these purposes may not contain <br />56.12 more than eight grams of usable cannabis flower, more than eight grams of a cannabis <br />56.13 concentrate, an edible cannabis product infused with more than 100 milligrams of <br />56.14 tetrahydrocannabinol, a lower -potency hemp edible infused with more than 50 milligrams <br />56.15 of tetrahydrocannabinol, or a hemp -derived consumer product with a total weight of more <br />56.16 than eight grams. <br />56.17 (e) This prohibition does not apply to any fee charged by a licensed cannabis event <br />56.18 organizer to a cannabis business or hemp business for participation in a cannabis event. <br />56.19 Subd. 5. Customer privacy. Cannabis businesses and hemp businesses must not share <br />56.2o data on retail or wholesale customers with any federal agency, federal department, or federal <br />5 6.2 1 entity unless specifically ordered by a state or federal court. <br />56.22 Sec. 24. [342.24] CANNABIS BUSINESSES; GENERAL OPERATIONAL <br />56.23 REQUIREMENTS. <br />56.24 Subdivision 1. Individuals under 21 years of age. (a) A cannabis business may not <br />56.25 employ an individual under 21 years of age and may not contract with an individual under <br />56.26 21 years of age if the individual's scope of work involves the handling of cannabis plants, <br />56.27 cannabis flower, artificially derived cannabinoids, or cannabinoid products. <br />56.28 (b) A cannabis business may not permit an individual under 21 years of age to enter the <br />56.29 business premises other than entry by a patient enrolled in the registry program. <br />56.30 (c) A cannabis business may not sell or give cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />56.31 lower -potency hemp edibles, or hemp -derived consumer products to an individual under <br />56.32 21 years of age unless the individual is a patient; registered designated caregiver; or a parent, <br />Article 1 Sec. 24. 56 <br />
