HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />97.1 (3) the lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer has a shipping manifest in the <br />97.2 lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer's possession that describes the contents of all <br />97.3 tamper -evident containers; <br />97.4 (4) the transporting vehicle does not bear any markings to indicate that the vehicle <br />97.5 contains artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp concentrate, or lower -potency hemp edibles <br />97.6 and does not bear the name or logo of the lower -potency hemp edible manufacturer; <br />97.7 (5) all departures, arrivals, and stops are appropriately documented; <br />97.8 (6) at least two designated employees staff any vehicle used to transport artificially <br />97.9 derived cannabinoids, hemp concentrate, or lower -potency hemp edibles and at least one <br />97. i o employee remains with the vehicle at all times that the vehicle is transporting artificially <br />97.11 derived cannabinoids, hemp concentrate, or lower -potency hemp edibles; <br />97.12 (7) no person other than a designated employee enters a vehicle at any time that the <br />97.13 vehicle is transporting artificially derived cannabinoids, hemp concentrate, or lower -potency <br />97.14 hemp edibles; and <br />97.15 (8) the lower-botencv hemb edible manufacturer comblies with anv other rules adobted <br />97.16 by the office. <br />97.17 (b) Any vehicle assigned for the purposes of transporting artificially derived cannabinoids, <br />97.18 hemp concentrate, or lower -potency hemp edibles is subject to inspection and maybe <br />97.19 stopped or inspected at any point of delivery or while en route during transportation. <br />97.20 Sec. 46. [342.46] LOWER -POTENCY HEMP EDIBLE RETAILER. <br />97.21 Subdivision 1. Sale of lower -potency hemp edibles. (a) A lower -potency hemp edible <br />97.22 retailer may sell lower -potency hemp edibles to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. <br />97.23 (b) A lower -potency hemp edible retailer may sell lower -potency hemp edibles that: <br />97.24 (1) are obtained from a licensed Minnesota cannabis microbusiness, cannabis <br />97.25 mezzobusiness, cannabis manufacturer, cannabis wholesaler, or lower -potency hemp edible <br />97.26 manufacturer: and <br />97.27 (2) meet all applicable packaging and labeling requirements. <br />97.28 Subd. 2. Sale of other products. A lower -potency hemp edible retailer may sell other <br />97.29 products or items for which the lower -potency hemp edible retailer has a license or <br />97.30 authorization or that do not require a license or authorization. <br />Article 1 Sec. 46. 97 <br />
