Prior to initiating a sale, an employee of the lower -potency <br />98.2 hemp edible retailer must verify that the customer is at least 21 years of age. Section 342.27, <br />98.3 subdivision 4, applies to the verification of a customer's age. <br />98.4 Subd. 4. Display and storage of lower -potency hemp edibles. A lower -potency hemp <br />98.5 edible retailer shall ensure that all lower-potencv hemp edibles are displaved behind a <br />98.6 checkout counter where the public is not permitted. All lower -potency hemp edibles that <br />98.E are not displayed must be stored in a secure area. <br />98.8 Subd. 5. Transportation of lower -potency hemp edibles. (a) A lower -potency hemp <br />98.9 edible retailer may transport lower -potency hemp edibles on public roadways provided: <br />98.10 (1) the lower -potency hemp edibles are in final packaging; <br />98.11 (2) the lower -potency hemp edibles are packaged in tamper -evident containers that are <br />98.12 not visible or recognizable from outside the transporting vehicle; <br />98.13 (3) the lower -potency hemp edible retailer has a shipping manifest in the lower -potency <br />98.14 hemb edible retailer's bossession that describes the contents of all tamper -evident containers: <br />98.15 (4) the transporting vehicle does not bear any markings to indicate that the vehicle <br />98.16 contains lower -potency hemp edibles and does not bear the name or logo of the lower -potency <br />98.17 hemp edible retailer; <br />98.18 (5) all departures, arrivals, and stops are appropriately documented; <br />98.19 (6) at least two designated employees staff any vehicle used to transport lower -potency <br />98.2o hemp edibles and at least one employee remains with the vehicle at all times that the vehicle <br />98.21 is transporting lower -potency hemp edibles; <br />98.22 (7) no person other than a designated employee enters a vehicle at any time that the <br />98.23 vehicle is transporting lower -potency hemp edibles; and <br />98.24 (8) the lower -potency hemp edible retailer complies with any other rules adopted by the <br />98.25 office. <br />98.26 (b) Any vehicle assigned for the purposes of transporting lower -potency hemp edibles <br />98.27 is subject to inspection and may be stopped or inspected at any point of delivery or while <br />98.28 en route during transportation. <br />98.29 Subd. 6. Compliant products. (a) A lower -potency hemp edible retailer shall ensure <br />98.30 that all lower -potency hemp edibles offered for sale comply with the limits on the amount <br />98.31 and types of cannabinoids that a lower -potency hemp edible can contain, including but not <br />98.32 limited to the requirement that lower -potency hemp edibles: <br />Article 1 Sec. 46. 98 <br />
