HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 110100-9 <br />99.1 (1) consist of servings that contain no more than five milligrams of delta-9 <br />99.2 tetrahydrocannabinol, no more than 25 milligrams of cannabidiol, no more than 25 milligrams <br />99.3 of cannabigerol, or any combination of those cannabinoids that does not exceed the identified <br />99.4 amounts; <br />99.5 (2) do not contain more than a combined total of 0.5 milligrams of all other cannabinoids <br />99.6 per serving; and <br />99.7 (3) do not contain an artificially derived cannabinoid other than delta-9 <br />99.8 tetrahydrocannabinol. <br />99.9 (b) If a lower-Dotencv hemD edible is packaged in a manner that includes more than a <br />99. i o single serving, the lower -potency edible product must indicate each serving by scoring, <br />99.11 wrapping, or other indicators that appear on the lower -potency hemp edible designating the <br />99.12 individual serving size. If the lower -potency hemp edible is meant to be consumed as a <br />99.13 beverage or it is not possible to indicate a single serving by scoring or use of another indicator <br />99.14 that appears on the product, the lower -potency hemp edible may not be packaged in a manner <br />99.15 that includes more than a single serving in each container. <br />99.16 (c) A single package containing multiple servings of a lower -potency edible product <br />99.17 must contain no more than 50 milligrams of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, 250 milligrams <br />99.18 of cannabidiol, 250 milligrams of cannabigerol, or any combination of those cannabinoids <br />99.19 that does not exceed the identified amounts. <br />99.20 Subd. 7. Prohibitions. A lower -potency edible product retailer may not: <br />99.21 (1) sell lower -potency hemp edibles to an individual who is under 21 years of age; <br />99.22 (2) sell a lower -potency hemp edible to a person who is visibly intoxicated; <br />99.23 (3) sell cannabis flower, cannabis products, or hemp -derived consumer products; <br />99.24 (4) allow for the dispensing of lower -potency hemp edibles in vending machines; or <br />99.25 (5) distribute or allow free samples of lower-Dotencv hemD edibles. <br />99.26 Subd. 8. On -site consumption. (a) A lower -potency hemp edible retailer may permit <br />99.27 on -site consumption of lower-Dotencv hemD edibles on a Dortion of its Dremises if it has an <br />99.28 on -site consumption endorsement. <br />99.29 (b) The office shall issue an on -site consumption endorsement to any lower -potency <br />99.3o hemp edible retailer that also holds an on -sale license issued under chapter 340A. <br />Article 1 Sec. 46. 99 <br />
