HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />100.1 (c) A lower -potency hemp edible retailer must ensure that lower -potency hemp edibles <br />100.2 sold for on -site consumption comply with this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this <br />100.3 chapter regarding testing. <br />100.4 (d) Lower -potency hemp edibles sold for on -site consumption, other than lower -potency <br />100.5 hemp edibles that are intended to be consumed as a beverage, must be served in the required <br />100.6 packaging, but may be removed from the products' packaging by customers and consumed <br />100.7 on site. <br />100.8 (e) Lower -potency hemp edibles that are intended to be consumed as a beverage may <br />i o0.9 be served outside of their packaging provided that the information that is required to be <br />i oo. i o contained on the label of a lower -potency hemp edible is posted or otherwise displayed by <br />ioo.i i the lower -potency hemp edible retailer. Hemp workers who serve beverages under this <br />100.12 paragraph are not required to obtain an edible cannabinoid product handler endorsement <br />100.13 under section 342.07, subdivision 3. <br />100.14 (f) Food and beverages not otherwise prohibited by this subdivision may be prepared <br />100.15 and sold on site provided that the lower -potency hemp edible retailer complies with all <br />100.16 relevant state and local laws, ordinances, licensing requirements, and zoning requirements. <br />100.17 (g) A lower -potency hemp edible retailer may offer recorded or live entertainment <br />100.18 provided that the lower -potency hemp edible retailer complies with all relevant state and <br />ioo.19 local laws, ordinances, licensing requirements, and zoning requirements. <br />100.20 (h) In addition to the prohibitions under subdivision 6, a lower -potency hemp edible <br />100.21 retailer with an on -site consumption endorsement may not: <br />100.22 (1) sell lower -potency hemp edibles to a customer who the lower -potency hemp edible <br />100.23 retailer knows or reasonably should know has consumed alcohol sold or provided by the <br />100.24 lower -potency hemp edible retailer within the previous five hours; <br />100.25 (2) sell lower -potency hemp edibles that are designed or reasonably expected to be mixed <br />100.26 with an alcoholic beverage; or <br />100.27 (3) permit lower -potency hemp edibles that have been removed from the products' <br />100.28 packaging to be removed from the premises of the lower -potency hemp edible retailer. <br />100.29 Subd. 9. Posting of notices. A lower -potency hemp edible retailer must post all notices <br />100.3o as provided in section 342.27, subdivision 6. <br />100.31 Subd. 10. Building conditions. (a) A lower -potency he edible retailer shall maintain <br />100.32 compliance with state and local building, fire, and zoning codes, requirements, or regulations. <br />Article 1 Sec. 46. 100 <br />
