[342.47] MEDICAL CANNABIS BUSINESS LICENSES. 101.7 Subdivision 1. License types. (a) The office shall issue the following types of medical ioi.s cannabis business licenses: 101.9 (1) medical cannabis cultivator; 101.10 (2) medical cannabis processor; and 101.11 (3) medical cannabis retailer. 101.12 (b) The Division of Medical Cannabis may oversee the licensing and regulation of 101.13 medical cannabis businesses. 101.14 Subd. 2. Multiple licenses; limits. (a) A person, cooperative, or business holding: lolls (1) a medical cannabis cultivator license may also hold a medical cannabis processor 101.16 license, a cannabis cultivator license, a cannabis manufacturer license, and a cannabis event 101.17 organizer license subject to the ownership limitations that apply to those licenses; 101.18 (2) a medical cannabis processor license may also hold a medical cannabis cultivator i o l . i 9 license, a cannabis cultivator license, a cannabis manufacturer license, and a cannabis event 101.20 organizer license subject to the ownership limitations that apply to those licenses; or 101.21 (3) a medical cannabis retailer license may also hold a cannabis retailer license, a cannabis 101.22 delivery service license, and a cannabis event organizer license subject to the ownership 101.23 limitations that aDDly to those licenses. 101.24 (b) Except as provided in paragraph (a), no person, cooperative, or business holding a 101.25 medical cannabis license may own or operate any other cannabis business or hemp business. 101.26 (c) The office by rule may limit the number of medical cannabis business licenses that 101.27 a person or business may hold. 101.28 (d) For purposes of this subdivision, a restriction on the number of licenses or type of 101.29 license that a business may hold applies to every cooperative member or every director, 101.30 manager, and general Dartner of a medical cannabis business.
