HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />103.1 (iii) if the applicant is seeking an endorsement to manufacture products infused with <br />103.2 cannabinoids for consumption by patients enrolled in the registry program, proof of an <br />103.3 edible cannabinoid product handler endorsement from the office; and <br />103.4 (iv) evidence that the applicant will comply with the applicable operation requirements <br />103.5 for the license being sought; or <br />103.6 (3) for medical cannabis retailer license applicants: <br />103.E (i) a list of every retail license held by the applicant and, if the applicant is a business, <br />103.8 every retail license held, either as an individual or as part of another business, by each <br />103.9 officer, director, manager, and general partner of the cannabis business; <br />103.10 (ii) an operating plan demonstrating the proposed layout of the facility, including a <br />103.11 diagram of ventilation and filtration systems, policies to avoid sales to individuals who are <br />103.12 not authorized to receive the distribution of medical cannabis flower or medical cannabinoid <br />103.13 products, identification of a restricted area for storage, and plans to prevent the visibility of <br />103.14 cannabis flower and cannabinoid Droducts: <br />103.15 (iii) if the applicant holds or is applying for a cannabis retailer license, a diagram showing <br />103.16 the Dortion of the Dremises in which medical cannabis flower and medical cannabinoid <br />103.17 products will be sold and distributed and identifying an area that is definite and distinct <br />103.18 from all other areas of the cannabis retailer, is accessed through a distinct entrance, and <br />103.19 contains an appropriate space for a pharmacist employee of the medical cannabis retailer <br />103.20 to consult with the patient to determine the proper type of medical cannabis flower and <br />103.21 medical cannabinoid products and proper dosage for the patient; and <br />103.22 (iv) evidence that the applicant will comply with the applicable operation requirements <br />103.23 for the license being sought. <br />103.24 Sec. 49. [342.491 MEDICAL CANNABIS CULTIVATORS. <br />103.25 (a) A medical cannabis cultivator license entitles the license holder to grow cannabis <br />103.26 plants within the approved amount of space from seed or immature plant to mature plant, <br />103.27 harvest cannabis flower from a mature plant, package and label cannabis flower as medical <br />103.28 cannabis flower, sell medical cannabis flower to medical cannabis processors and medical <br />103.29 cannabis retailers, transport medical cannabis flower to a medical cannabis processor located <br />103.30 on the same premises, and perform other actions approved by the office. <br />103.31 (b) The office may, by rule, establish limits on the plant canopy in which a medical <br />103.32 cannabis cultivator can grow cannabis plants and on the use of tiers within the approved <br />103.33 plant canopy. <br />Article 1 Sec. 49. 103 <br />
