HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />104.1 (c) A medical cannabis cultivator license holder must comply with all requirements of <br />104.2 section 342.25. <br />104.3 (d) A medical cannabis cultivator license holder must verify that every batch of medical <br />104.4 cannabis flower has passed safety, potency, and consistency testing at a cannabis testing <br />104.5 facilitv anDroved by the office for the testing of medical cannabis flower before the medical <br />104.6 cannabis cultivator may package, label, or sell the medical cannabis flower to any other <br />104.7 entity. <br />104.8 EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective January 1, 2024. <br />104.9 Sec. 50. [342.50] MEDICAL CANNABIS PROCESSORS. <br />104.10 (a) A medical cannabis processor license, consistent with the specific license endorsement <br />104.11 or endorsements, entitles the license holder to: <br />104.12 (1) purchase medical cannabis flower, medical cannabinoid products, hemp plant parts, <br />104.13 and hemp concentrate from medical cannabis cultivators, other medical cannabis processors, <br />104.14 and industrial hemp growers; <br />104.15 (2) make cannabis concentrate from medical cannabis flower; <br />104.16 (3) make hemp concentrate, including hemp concentrate with a delta-9 <br />104.17 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of more than 0.3 percent as measured by weight; <br />104.18 (4) manufacture medical cannabinoid products; <br />104.19 (5) Dacka2e and label medical cannabinoid products for sale to other medical cannabis <br />104.20 processors and to medical cannabis retailers; and <br />104.21 (6) perform other actions approved by the office. <br />104.22 (b) A medical cannabis processor license holder must comply with all requirements of <br />104.23 section 342.26, including requirements to obtain specific license endorsements. <br />104.24 (c) A medical cannabis processor license holder must verify that every batch of medical <br />104.25 cannabinoid product has passed safety, potency, and consistency testing at a cannabis testing <br />104.26 facility approved by the office for the testing of medical cannabinoid products before the <br />104.27 medical cannabis processor may package, label, or sell the medical cannabinoid product to <br />104.28 any other entity. <br />104.29 EFFECTIVE DATE.
