HF100 NINTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR BD 1-10100-9 <br />107.1 flower and medical cannabinoid products from a restricted access area to the designated <br />107.2 zone for distribution only after confirming that the patient, designated caregiver, or parent, <br />107.3 guardian, or spouse has arrived in the designated zone; <br />107.4 (4) the payment and distribution of medical cannabis flower and medical cannabinoid <br />107.5 products take place only after a pharmacist consultation takes place, if required under <br />107.6 subdivision 3; <br />107.7 (5) immediatelv following distribution of medical cannabis flower or medical cannabinoid <br />107.8 products, staff enter the transaction in the statewide monitoring system; and <br />107.9 (6) immediatelv following distribution of medical cannabis flower and medical <br />107.10 cannabinoid products, staff take the payment received into the facility. <br />107.11 EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective January 1, 2024. <br />107.12 Sec. 52. [342.52] PATIENT REGISTRY PROGRAM. <br />107.13 Subdivision 1. Administration. The Division of Medical Cannabis must administer the <br />107.14 medical cannabis registry program. <br />107.15 Subd. 2. Application procedure for patients. (a) A patient seeking to enroll in the <br />107.16 reLyistry broaram must submit to the Division of Medical Cannabis an application established <br />107.17 by the Division of Medical Cannabis and a copy of the certification specified in paragraph <br />107.18 (b) or, if the patient is a veteran who receives care from the United States Department of <br />107.19 Veterans Affairs, the information required pursuant to subdivision 3. The patient must <br />107.20 provide at least the following information in the application: <br />107.21 (1) the patient's name, mailing address, and date of birth; <br />107.22 (2) the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the patient's health care <br />107.23 practitioner; <br />107.24 (3) the name, mailing address, and date of birth of the patient's registered designated <br />107.25 caregiver, if any, or the patient's parent, legal guardian, or spouse if the parent, legal guardian, <br />107.26 or spouse will be acting as the patient's caregiver; <br />107.27 (4) a disclosure signed by the patient that includes: <br />107.28 (i) a statement that, notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the Office of Cannabis <br />107.29 Management, the Division of Medical Cannabis, or an employee of the Office of Cannabis <br />107.30 Management or Division of Medical Cannabis may not be held civillv or criminallv liable <br />107.31 for any injury, loss of property, personal injury, or death caused by an act or omission while <br />107.32 acting within the employee's scope of office or employment under this section; and <br />Article 1 Sec. 52. 107 <br />
