CASE #6: <br /> <br />CASE #7: <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />CASE #9: <br /> <br />CASE #10: <br /> <br />P~tli$EY LANDFILL - iNF0~ATIONALMATERIAL: <br />Enclosure (D2-b) contains a letter dated 0c%ober 23, 1980 <br />from Waste Management to l~nnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br />Council Action: This is for informational purposes only. <br /> <br />NUGENT PIG FAP~: <br /> <br />Mrs. Cindy Rychner who resides adjacent to the Nugent property <br />will be at this Council meeting wanting to know what is being <br />done about the Nugent's in regards to their pig feed lot oper- <br />ation. <br /> <br />Accordingly enclosure (D2-c) is submitted on this ease for your <br />review and action. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to direct Staff to act on <br /> one of the alternatives spelled out in enclosure (D2-c) or any <br /> other alternative you may deem appropriate. <br /> <br />STATE LOCAL AID: <br /> <br />The Council Legislative Committee will be meeting with the <br />Mayor's of the League Small Cities in regards to State Local <br />Aid. Mr. Goodrich will also be present to assist in the pre- <br />paring the proposed legislation for the forth coming meeting <br />with Governor Quie on December 5, 1980. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-d) is my letter to }gr. Melvin Kaasa dated <br />November 3, 1980 which is provided for informational purposes. <br /> <br />Council Action: There will be no action required but we will <br />give you a verbal report on this issue. <br /> <br />MOROZ RYD~RDING EXTENSION OF TIME TO INSTALL GAS PUMPS: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-e) contains Mr. Moroz request dated October 28, <br />1980 for a two (2) week extension of time until November 14, <br />1980. Originally his agreement was that he have everything <br />completed by October 30, 1980. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove his <br />request. If you grant him his request you will have to amend <br />his contract. <br />ADOPTING CITY 1981 CITY BUDGET AND SETTING TAX LEVY FOR 1981: <br /> <br />Council has to have the budget adopted by November 18, 1980. <br />Consequently, if you don't adopt it at this meeting you must <br />set a meeting to adopt it. <br /> <br /> <br />
