C~E #11: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-f) contains the changes to the proposed 1981 <br />budget. <br />Council Action: Council action will be to adopt the budget <br />at this meeting or table it for a special meeting prior to <br />the 18th of November. However, it would be nice to get it <br />done at this meeting so that it gets into the Ramsey news- <br />letter. I think the citizens would enjoy seeing the budget <br />for 1981. <br /> <br />PELTZERLOT PROBL~: <br />Enclosure (D2-g) eontains the City Attorney's letter to Mr. <br />Peltzer requesting that he provide us with certain information <br />so we eau finish executing the action Council took on July 8, <br />1980 in splitting his' lot. It appears that Mr. Peltzer is in <br />no hurry to get this done. However, it is critical he does <br />get this done before it gets lost in the shuffle. <br /> Comments: We spent a lot of time back in July on this case and <br /> we are still spending time on this case which cost the City money <br /> in time. I think we should have Council set a deadline on this <br /> issue and notify Mr. Peltzer by registered mail. <br /> Council Action: I'm requesting that you the Council submit a <br /> letter to M~. Peltzer giving him thirty (30) days to provide <br /> the information and if he fails to do so delete the action you <br /> took back on July 8, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />
