CURT TITTERUD: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-a) contains the Building Inspector's letter <br />dated December 8, 1980 regarding the above subject request. <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove said <br />request. <br /> <br />WASTE ~NAG~NT IS REQUESTING PERMISSION TO USE MOBILE HOME <br /> <br />FOR OFFICE AT RAMSEY LANDFILL SITE: <br /> <br />Don Otter states they wo~ld like to move a mobile home in to <br />be used as a office for the duration of the operation of the <br />Ramsey Landfill. <br /> <br />In reviewing our City Code Section 170.02, it does not provide <br />for this and don't think the variance procedure wo~ld be applic- <br />able in this case. However, I haven't spoken to the City <br />Attorney on this but will speak to him on this matter. I think <br />if you were to grant this you are looking at an ordinance amend- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your actionwill be to review the nature of <br /> the request and do you want to amend your ordinance to handle <br /> special cases such as you have before you. <br /> <br />FINANCE: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-b) contains the following resolution for Council <br />to review and act on at this meeting: <br /> <br />a) Transfer of Certain Fund Resolution: Council action by <br />resolution required to transfer $22,995.13 from General Obli- <br />gation Bond Fund 1980 (875M) #412 to Bond Administrative Trust <br /> <br /> <br />
