If you don't approve it we should have a <br />motion stating your reasons stating reason for change in policy. <br />b) Resolution to Close Out Tree Fund and Transfer Proceeds to <br />General Fund: This is an inactive fund which should be closed <br />out and the monies contained in it transferred to the General <br />Fund. The amount to be transferred if this fund is closed out <br />is $1,286.24. <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br /> closing the above by resolution. If you don't approve you <br /> should by motion state why you don't want said fund closed out. <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />CITY PERSONNEL MATTERS: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-c) contains back up information on the following <br />issues: <br /> <br />a) Fulltime City Employee Pay Raises for 1981: Enclosure <br />(D3-c) contains the City Administrator's proposed recommendation <br />on these raises with footnotes. <br />b) Parttime Employees Pay Raises for 1981: Enclosure (D3-c) <br />contains the proposed raises for the various parttime jobs. <br />c) Planning and Zoning Commission Members Pay Raises for 1981: <br />Enclosure (D3-c) contains the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommendation for their Commission members as per their minutes <br />dated October 7, 1980, which Council received in their agenda <br />dated October 28, 1980 in the addendum to it. <br /> d) Park and Recreation Commission Pay Raise for 1981; En- <br /> closure (~3-c) contains the increase for this Commission. This <br /> Commission took no action for a raise but Council has always <br /> treated the two Commissions on an equal basis. So the City Ad- <br /> ministrator has submitted it to the Council cor your action. <br /> <br /> Comments: Earlier this year it was discussed by the Council <br /> regarding whether the Council Personnel Committee should sub- <br /> mit salary recommendations and it was decided that the total <br /> Council would only review it. However, our Personnel Policy <br /> requires Council Personnel Committee to review them and any <br /> other Personnel issue and pass them on to the Council for <br /> action. <br /> <br /> Accordingly, the Personnel Committee will be meeting at 5:30 <br /> P.M., Monday, December 15, 1980 to review these smd any other <br /> personnel matters. <br /> <br /> <br />
