Our re-mapping was based upon <br /> our understanding of the law (as it currently is written) and our <br /> review of existing data available to us (% section aerial photos, <br /> soils maps, soil Conservation Service wetlands inventory, individual <br /> property owners, come, unity officials, site investigations, county <br /> ditch records, and government lot surveys). A copy of our re-mapping <br /> is enclosed. Also enclosed is a wetlands description, an information <br /> sheet sLunmarizing this program, and a suau~ary sheet describing our <br /> recommendations for correcting the map. <br /> Anoka County has obtained an extension, until June 1, 1981, for review <br /> and submission of recommendations to the commissioner of Natural <br /> Resources regarding the preliminary designation and mapping. Before <br /> submitting our report and reconmaendations to the county Board of <br /> co~issioners, we would like to discuss our re-mapping and recommenda- <br /> tion with the City Council and interested property owners, at your <br /> would appreciate it if you could make the enclosed <br /> March 10 meeting.
