The Human Resources Manager also asked members of the Personnel Committee to appoint the <br />Minnesota State Retirement System as the City's third party administrator for the plan. Absent: None. <br />Case #2: Consider Authorization to Hire an Accountant I <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone explained that Angel Hoeffner resigned from her <br />position as the City's Accountant I effective April 28, 2008. Staff received authorization to <br />begin the recruitment process to fill the vacancy on April 22, 2008. A recruitment process was <br />conducted and nine individuals were interviewed. The interview panel recommended that <br />Jennifer Hoffarth be hired as the City's new Accountant I.
