Proposals electronically transferred, <br />including but not limited to email or sent by facsimile, will not be accepted. Proposals sent via <br />US Mail should be certified mail, return receipt requested. Developers are responsible to ensure <br />effecting delivery; late Proposals shall not be considered. Failure of a party to submit its <br />proposals to the City in a timely manner shall preclude that party from further consideration as <br />the developer of the Project in this RFP process. The City shall not be liable for any cost <br />incurred by any Developer in the process of the City to the RFP. Lasher at LSA Design Inc. (iameslasher~lsadesi~°ninc.com) on or before <br />1:00 PM, Central Standard T'nue, April 14, 2006. The City will not accept telephone calls, faxes <br />or walk-in visits to discuss this tLFP or the procurement process except as permitted in Section <br />4.3 below. Questions received after this date may not be answered. <br /> <br />At the City's discretion, interpretations or clarifications considered necessary for this RFP will be <br />issued by addenda.
