L� <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held <br />on April 7, 1981 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:37 P.M. with <br />the following in attendance: <br />Members Present: Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mk. <br />Also Present: Cit <br />Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Benjamin Deemer <br />Arthur Dunn <br />Gerald Zimmerman <br />..Ronald West (late 8:43 P.M.) <br />y Building Official Berg <br />Members Absent: Mr. Harry Ellis <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />Citizen Dave Anderson, 7740 168th Avenue N.W. stated the proeprty <br />at 155th and Co. Rd. 56 (Welsch property) has a lot of cars nad <br />wanted to inquire as to how many cars you can have on a property. <br />Building Official Berg stated you can have any number of cars if <br />they are currently licenses. <br />• APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion by Benjamin Deemer and seconded by Gerald Zimmerman to approve <br />the minutes of the Regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting <br />of March 3 with the following corrections: State after paragraph 3, <br />Page 3, Benjamin Deemer left the meeting at 8:15 p.m. and delete his <br />name for approval of adjournment. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chiarman Ken Peterson, Benjamin <br />Dearer, Gerald Zimmerman, Arthur Dunn. Voting no: None. <br />B. NOTE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> Ii <br />1.
