Flintwood Hills is Addition Drainage problem will be resolved with <br />the development of Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition. <br />B. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Final plat approval was granted at the <br />April 14, 19 counci meeting. <br />C. <br />Barthel's <br />Rum River Acres 2nd Addition This plat is presently on <br />hold. <br />D. <br />Pineview <br />Estates <br />No change. <br />E. <br />Gateway North Ind. <br />Park No. 2 : No change <br />F. <br />Pondvale <br />Estates <br />Final plat approval granted for Phase I at the <br />February <br />24 1981 <br />council meeting. <br />G. Trott Brook Estates No change. <br />H. Pine Hills North No change. <br />I. Alpaca Estates No change. <br />J. Meadowbrook Estates No change. <br />K. Ramsey Ridge Preliminary plat approved on January 27, 1981. <br />L. Verndale Commercial Park Final plat approval was granted at the <br />March 24, 1981 council meeting. <br />M. Hy -10 Ramsey Final plat approval was granted at the March 24, 1981 <br />council meeting. <br />2. 1980 Street Projects The contractor is presently working on the restoration <br />and cleanup of the 1980 street projects. These should be completed in the <br />next several weeks. <br />3. 1981 Street Projects <br />A. Variolite Street Bid date set for 11:00 a.m. on May 11, 1981. <br />B.
