In response to these issues, the City of Ramsey offers the following Thoroughfare System Plan. A 1) To better provide for local trips, the City of Ramsey should provide the following: a) East -west and north -south collectors should be located at one mile intervals or less where possible (specific location shown on thoroughfare map). b) Initiate a study with the cooperation of Mn /DOT for planning and implementing a service road along TM 10 where there is existing development. 2) Right -of -way for proposed collector streets should be obtained in large part as property is platted.
