TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Administrator <br />RE: Council New Business <br />Enclosure (D3 -a) Bob's Super Valu addition site R design plan <br />P'ua:L - r- O S -03 -b) Bid specs for city dump truck <br />(D3 -c) Klemish documents in regards to rezoning lot 3 blk 4 <br />Klemish Addition <br />(D3 -d) Dennis Holmquist rezoning request documents <br />(D3 -e) Karol Andreason application requesting to operate concession <br />(D3 -f) Request for set up license for Patricia Smuder <br />(D3 -g) League of MN Cities RE: Tax Increment Financing <br />CASE #1 BOB'S SUPER VALU REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO CONSTRUCT 12' <br />30' ADDITION TO PRESENT STRUCTURE SUPER VALU STORE : <br />The addition will be leased out to a Mr. Gary Stritesky for the <br />purpose of operating a barber shop. The zoning for that area is <br />B -1 and a barber shop fits the zoning requirement. <br />The site and design plan resolution requires that Council approve <br />of all new construction and additions to commercial and industrial <br />buildings. There is no variance requirement needed in this case <br />as the addition will not be usurping any of the stores parking spaces <br />or affecting set backs. <br />Enclosure (D3 -a) contains the site and design plan as required for <br />this addition by City resolution. <br />Council Action Your action will be to approve /disapprove request. <br />CASE #2: REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BIDS ON CITY DUMP TRUCK: <br />The 1981 City budget provided for the City of Ramsey to purchase <br />a 2 Ton truck with plow, wing and sander. Accordingly, we are <br />requesting Council authorization to advertize for bids on the above <br />piece of equipment. ' <br />Enclosure (D3 -b) contains a copy of the bids specifications which <br />will be used by the City of Ramsey. <br />Council Action Your action will be to approve /disapprove of the <br />above request. <br />
