CASE #3: REQUEST FOR REZONING FROM R -1 to B -1; CASE LOT 3 BLOCK 4 <br />KLEMISH ADDITION <br />Mr. Ed Klemish is requesting the rezoning of Lot 3, Block 4, <br />of the Klemish Addition from R -1 to B -1. This request has been <br />before the Ramsey Planning Commission and they recommended <br />disapproval of the request. <br />Enclosure (D3 -c) contains the following documents which are sub- <br />mitted for your review in taking action on this case: <br />a. Application form <br />b. Certificate of mailing <br />c. Notice of PUblic Hearing <br />d. Location map <br />e. Letter from State Bank of Anoka <br />f. Finding of Fact <br />94 g. Minutes of Public Hearing dated April 7, 1981 <br />9th. P B Z minutes dated April 7, 1981 <br />* - '>L-E Psi Z, MINLorE5 <br />Council Action Your action on this case will be to approve/ <br />disapprove of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commissions findings <br />as required by Section 170.019B of the City Code. It should be <br />noted that to approve the rezoning request requires a 4/5 vote <br />of the City Council. <br />CASE #4: REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME PERMIT; CASE OF MR. KEN THOMAS <br />17655 ARGON STREET NW <br />Mr. Thomas is requesting that he be granted a temporary mobile <br />home permit while he constructs a new home at the above address. <br />He has sold his present home and will need the mobile home to live <br />in while he constructs the new house. He states he will have the <br />house completed by August 1981. <br />Council Action Sub paragraph 4 of paragraph 170.022 of the City <br />Code states Council shall review and act on all such requests. <br />The individual has gotten a building permit to construct a house. <br />If Council approvew the above request, he will have to post $300 <br />bond /cash with the City. - <br />CASE #5: REQUEST FOR REZONING FROM R -1 TO B -1; CASE OF MR. DENNIS HOLMQUIST <br />Mr. Dennis Holmquist is requesting the rezoning of the property <br />legally described as Auditor Subdivision #96 Lot 3 generally <br />known as 6326 Highway #30 NW, to be rezoned from R -1 to B -1 <br />(Business) as he wants to change the present building into an <br />office building. The Ramsey P6Z Commission have recommended dis- <br />approval of the above request. <br />Enclosure (D3 -d) contains the following documents which are sub- <br />mitted for your review in acting on this case. <br />a. Application for rezoning <br />b. Notice of public hearing for rezoning <br />
