It should be noted to approve of a rezoning <br />it takes a 4/5 vote of the City Council. <br />CASE #6: REQUEST TO OPERATE A CONCESSION ICE CREAM AND SNACK VEHICLE IN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY; CASE OF KAROL ANDREASON, 5510- 164th LANE <br />NW, RAMSEY, MN <br />Enclosure (D3 -e) contains Karol Andreason application requesting <br />to operate a concession ice cream, snack vehicle in the City of <br />Ramsey during the period May 1, 1981 to October 1, 1981. The <br />above party is applying for this license in accordance with Section <br />130.02 of the City Code. <br />Council Action Your action will be to approve /disapprove of the <br />above request. <br />CASE #7: SET UP LICENSE FOR <br />FOR; CASE OF MRS. PATRICIA <br />Mrs. Smuder is requesting Council authorization to allow set up <br />license for liquor to be consumed in her business establishment. <br />She will sell the mix and the customer will supply his /her own <br />liquor. Enclosure (D3 -f) is furnished for your information. <br />Council Action Your action will be to disapprove /approve her <br />request. If you approve the request, the State of Minnesota will <br />issue the license. She does have to have your approval. This <br />is not construed as issuing an on -sale liquor license <br />CASE #8: ZONING PROBLEM ON HIGHWAY #10 REGARDING A NON CONFORMING USE <br />Jim Gilbertson has filed a complaint with the City in regards to <br />Guy's Trucking parking their semi trailers in a certain way, whereby <br />they block the view of Discount 10 Liquor Store from motorist <br />travelling north on Highway 10. Jim states that the present situ - <br />ation it going to cause a serious accident because customers cannot <br />see his place until they are right upon it, which is caused by the <br />way Guy's park their semi - trailers. Jim states this is having a <br />serious effect on his business <br />
