. .. <br />Driveline: Driveline for front mounted power take off to accept 1310 <br />flange yoke on crankshaft of engine. Driveshaft to be a <br />D121375 or approved equal. There shall be a steel guard <br />installed over driveshaft and to be easily removed for <br />servicing driveline. <br />Hydraulic Pump: Hydraulic pump shall be a gear type with three piece <br />laminated construction. Shall be a ball or roller <br />bearing (no bronze bushing) type pump Capable of <br />being rebuilt and to have no less than a 2500 RPM <br />and 2500 PSI rating. Shall be a C230 -297 commercial <br />shearing or approved equal. <br />Hydraulic Hydraulic Reservoir to be a minimum of 25 gallon <br />capacity. Baffles, magnetic, plug and strainer <br />must be installed inside of reservoir and have <br />gate valve installed between reservoir and return <br />line filter. Strainer shall be installed on <br />suction side of reservoir. <br />Hydraulic Filter: Filter to be installed on the return line side of <br />the reservoir, Filter to have a 25 micron rating <br />and to have a spin on type element with a 15 PSI <br />bypass spring built in the filter head. Hydraulic <br />filter to be a Gresen FS252 -100E or approved equal. <br />Hydraulic Valve: Hydraulic control valve to be a stackable type and <br />to have a minimum of 25 gallons per minute flow <br />rating and 2500 PSI pressure rating. Valve to have <br />a combined flow section installed so as to provide <br />priority to the sander section. Valve to have a ball <br />spring type relief so as to protect the hydraulic <br />system. Control valve to have a minimum of 1" NPTF. <br />Control valve to be a 5 spool to perate sander, hoist, <br />plow, wing front, wing rear, Control valve to be a <br />Gresen 25P- (TT)- DF3- (CF)- 4- 3- 3 3 - (KC). <br />Valve Control: Hydraulic valve to be controlled from inside of cab <br />by remote cable control. Cable shall be stainless <br />steel core, Capble of no less than 100 pound rating <br />
