CASE #2: Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the Council Personnel Committee recommendation. B) Position of Secretary - This position is creating a real serious problem for the C'ity for the following reasons: l) Police secretarial time is really increasing. As of now she should spend at least four (4) hours per day in the Police Department. The addition of another officer will be increasing that time. 2) Admiuistrative Secretary work load has increased where she, like the police secretary cannot stay on top of it all. Consequently, we have a problem whereby we now need an entry level secretary here in the office.
