TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Public Works Superintendent <br /> <br />RE: Fence on Road Right-of-Way at 14141 Flourine Street N.W. <br />DATE: May 6, 1981 <br /> <br />The fence will definitelybe in the way for snow removal operations. <br />There is no way we can push the snow off the road without breaking <br />the fence down uuless we loaded the snow on trucks and hauled in away, <br />which is not feasibile. They also have trees planted in the road <br />right-of-way in line with the fence that should be removed also. I <br />talked to the lady of the house and told her what snow removal con- <br />sists of and why the fence should be on the property line, not only <br />for snow removal but because of utilities. Her reply was that they <br />have put too much work into it to move it again. <br /> <br />M~:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
