Kenneth Peterson read the findings of fact and the following were taken <br />into consideration in the contract: <br /> <br />1. Fire extingdishers according to the fire code. <br />2. Proper disposal of waste oil (in a container) <br />3. Mr. Jones is to be the only employee. No other <br /> employees. <br />4. A one year review by the staff is to be made annually. <br />5. A significant number of complaints of excessive noice <br /> can be immediate grounds for revocation. <br />6. Sign advertising business must comply with the sign ordinance. <br />7. General hours of operation will be approximately lO:O0 a.m. - <br /> 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. <br /> <br />Benjsm~u Deemer stated the Conditional Use permit goes to the individual <br />only at the designated address. <br /> <br />Motion by Gerald Zimmerman and seconded by Benjamin Deemer to adopt the <br />findings of fact and recommend to the City Council to grant the Conditional <br />Use Permit contingent on the findings of fact, public hearing minutes and <br />the seven items 'that should be included in the contract. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Kenneth Peterson, Gerald Zimmerman, Benjamin <br />Deemer, Kathy Schneider and~krthur Dunn.
