CASE #2: <br /> <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />PROPERTY SUBDIVISION AND ACCESS TO INDUSTRIAL BLVD.; CASE <br /> <br />OF DENNIS SHARP: <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Sharp of Y.R. Sharp Construction is proposing a <br />building on Industrial Blvd. Just east of Renner Well. It's <br />being bttilt for Novack Construction and is almost identical <br />to Chuck Soderholm's building on Ramsey Blvd. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharp has two requests inasmuch as he wants to subdivide <br />the 5.5 acre lot as well as have one access to Industrial <br />Blvd. <br /> <br />Based on a recommendation by the City Attorney, the Planning <br />Co~m~ission has reviewed this and recommended approval con- <br />tingent upon their providing a 40' easement for public pur- <br />poses ~if needed) over the south 40 feet of Lot i Block 1 <br />Ramsey 67 Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Enclosure 6D3-b) contains the following documents which <br />refer to this case: <br /> <br />a) Application by Dennis Sharp <br />b) Building Officials Report <br />c) Site Plan and Building Plans ~available for meeting) <br />d) Proposed agreement <br />e ) Planning Commission recommendation in minutes of <br /> May 4, 1981 <br /> <br />Based on the Planning Commission's recommendations, we would <br />recommend approval of Mr. Sharp's request contingent upon <br />his entering into a standard development agreement with the <br />City. <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the requests <br />and to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed agreement. <br /> <br />LIQUOR LICENSES FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-c) contains copies of the liquor license <br />applications presented for your approval. <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove of these license <br />applications. If you disapprove of any of them, you must <br />state your reason why. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PER~T APPLICATION FOR MOTORCYCLE REPAIR; <br /> <br />CASE OF DONALD JONES, 15408 SUNFISH LAKE BLVD.; REQUEST <br />FOR: <br /> <br />Mr. Donald Jones has applied for a conditional, use permit <br />as noted above. The Plm~nir~ Commission has reco~nended <br />approval contingent upon Mr. Jones entering into an agree- <br />ment with the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
