Recording of all gas measurements, venting system inspection <br /> results, service and maintenance activities, and operating pro- <br /> blems in a gas monitoring log; a copy of which will be submitted <br /> to the Department with the monthly operating report. <br /> d. Prompt notification of the county whenever: 1) the methane con- <br /> centration at any property line probe equ&ls or exceeds 1%; or <br /> 2) the methane venting system, or portion thereof, has been or <br /> will be out of service for more than 12 hours. <br /> Failure to accomplish terminations when required shall constitute <br /> grounds for summary suspension of the license. <br /> Nested wells shall be installed as setforth in the monitoring policy. <br />The County Board deny the renewal application if the following restoration <br />and/or termination is not accomplished by June 15, 1981: <br /> <br />1. Repair of terminal cover on the north, west, and south slopes (below <br /> the elevation of the new venting system). <br /> <br /> 2. Termination (lime sludge, earth and top soil, and seeding) of the west <br /> and north slope of the upper most lift (above the elevation of the new <br /> venting system). <br /> <br />3. Reseeding the north, west, and south slopes. <br /> <br /> <br />
