ADDENDU~ TO D~3 COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />CASE 12: <br /> <br />POLICY REGARDING 'STREET.:BLVD 'RESTORATION IN 'REGARDS 'TO <br />STREET I~ROVEMENT PROJECTS: <br /> <br />The other day Councilman Cox and ~yself had an opportunity <br />to review a citizen con~laint on street restoration work <br />such as seeding of grass after a street improvement project. <br />We basical came to the conclusion that on street improvement <br />projects, it might be advisable to have the contractor provide <br />the black dirt and do the grading and the citizens purchase _ <br />the grass seed' and do his own Seeding. <br /> <br />council Action; Your action will be to note and give direction <br />as to wha~ you'want to do with this problem that we are running <br />into in our street improvement program. <br /> <br />CASE 13: <br /> <br />~R, WESLEY BULEN'REGARDING THE DEVELOP~[ENT OF LAND AT 167th <br />AVE NWAND HIWA~ 47:.. <br /> <br />~r. Bnlen wants to discuss the development of this land with <br />the City Council. He wants to get some direction from you. <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />RELEASING OF ESCROW 'FUND~'CASE OF MRS .... THELI~A GRAVES:. <br /> <br />Request authorization from Council to release $300,00 escrow <br />fund that ~[r. Graves has with the City in regards to develop~ <br />merit agreement which has been satisfied. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />the authoriZation. If you approve, your motion should be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />l~otion by seconded by <br />to authorize the City of Ramsey to reimburse ~rs~ Thelma <br />Graves the $]00 Escrow Fund, that she has with the City of <br />Ramsey in connection with development agreement.
