Additional information needed <br /> <br />1. Toilet room finishes <br />2. Copy of well log <br />3. Verification of sanitary quality of well <br />4. Sewer system specifications <br />5. How and when soiled utensils will be transported back to contract <br /> caterer. <br /> <br />Changes in Facilities <br /> <br />1. Toilet room and kitchen hand sinks must be provided with single <br /> service towels and soap. <br />2. The toilet rooms mu~t be provided with self-closing doors. <br />3. Floor drains required for toilet rooms <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />Operating Considerations (plan and application supplement) <br /> <br />1. All food service will be provided by Anoka-Hennepin Independent <br /> School District ~11 (contract caterer), including dispensing <br /> utensils, eating utensils, paper service items, and condiments. <br />2. The food will be picked up daily at 11:00 A.M. and transported by <br /> the Day Care Center operation directly to the Day Care Center by <br /> 11:30 and served immediately upon arrival. <br />3. There will be no overnight storage of food at the Day Care Center <br /> except as set forth in item C 5 below. <br />4.. There will be no on-site fabrication of food; only dispensing of <br /> catered food. <br />5.
