The impact of the proposed facility on the service capacity of <br />existing and proposed facilities in the supply area, including <br />analysis of: <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Anticipated changes in the volume of waste delivered to each <br />service facility <br /> <br />o Anticipated changes in the facility's service life. <br /> <br />Processin~ Techniques <br /> <br />Any processing and materials handling equipment to be installed, <br />including a discussion of the technology and mechanisms being <br />proposed and general specifications of all equipment. Specific <br />attention should be paid to describing the design of waste <br />receiving, storage, processing and residue deposition areas· <br /> <br />Municipal or publicly subsidized waste facility applicants shall <br />compare the feasibility of the proposed processing materials <br />handling techniques to the feasibility of employing other <br />available solid or hazardous waste management practices. Such <br />comparisons shall evaluate the availability, reliability, cost <br />effectiveness, environmental impact and energy savings of <br />alternative practices. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />The ability of proposed processing techniques to consistently <br />produce recovered products within the specifications called for <br />by recovered materials and energy markets. <br /> <br />Evidence supporting the technical and economic feasibility of <br />proposed materials handling and processing techniques. Where <br />applicable, such support should be based on the operating <br />expe~ience of facilities using similar techniques. Evaluations <br />should consider: <br /> <br />Length of service and expected life of materials handling <br />and processing systems <br /> <br />o Processing and materials handling system capacities <br /> <br />o Type and specification of recovery product <br /> <br />Annual maintenance costs and frequency of scheduled and <br />unscheduled maintenance. <br /> <br />Location <br /> <br />1. Maps detailing: <br /> <br /> o Location map with site identified, North arrow, Township, <br /> Range, and Section <br /> <br /> o County, municipal, and/or township boundaries <br /> <br /> <br />
