~9 <br /> <br />Existing land uses and zoning within a half mile radius of <br />the proposed sites boundaries <br /> <br />Proposed access routes within one mile radius of the <br />proposed site <br /> <br />Highway classifications of all streets and highways within a <br />one mile radius of the proposed site <br /> <br />Locations and access routes for emergency medical and fire <br />services <br /> <br />All utilities, existing and proposed, which may serve or be <br />affected by the proposed facility. <br /> <br />Identify the source of processing water supply, wastewater <br />treatment, electric power and natural gas. Applicants shall <br />assess the facility's impact on these services including the <br />consideration of the utility needs of other developments <br />proposed for the area. <br /> <br />Existing traffic volumes on all access routes and links in the <br />haul network, and anticipated increases in vehicular traffic <br />during the expected life of the facility. <br /> <br />An assessment of the impact that truck traffic to the facility <br />will have on the access route's available capacity during the <br />expected life of the facility· <br /> <br />Identify and describe primary and alternate markets for recovered <br />products· Such descriptions shall include: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />A map showing the market,s proximity to the proposed <br />facility, and all links in the proposed recovered product's <br />delivery network <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />An analysis of existing and anticipated carrying capacities <br />for all links (roads, pipelines, etc.) in the recovered <br />product delivery network· <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />An indication of the anticipated volume of recovered product <br />to be delivered to each primary and alternate market, and <br />the method of product delivery· <br /> <br />Environmental Impact <br /> <br />When requested by the Council or an appropriate agency, waste <br />facility permit applicants shall conduct and submit background <br />sampling data on: <br /> <br />All air pollutants for which the MPCA has established <br />ambient air quality standards <br /> <br />o Noise levels <br /> <br /> <br />
