Identify physical, biological, and chemical characteristics and <br /> volumes of anticipated waste effluents. <br /> <br /> o Wastewater parameters shall include BOD, COD, pH, and heavy <br /> metals content. <br /> <br /> o Air emissions shall include carbon monoxide, particulates, <br /> oxides of sulfur, odors, oxides of nitrogen and <br /> hydrocarbons. <br /> <br /> o A description of anticipated non-recoverable residuals. <br /> <br />4. Proposed measures to abate and control air (including odors), <br /> water and noise pollution. Discussion shall include a <br /> description of the underlying pollution control concepts and <br /> mechanisms for reducing environmental degradation. Specific <br /> attention shall be paid to evaluating the efficiency, cost and <br /> demonstrated reliability of proposed pollution control measures. <br /> <br /> 5. Plans detailing environmental monitoring procedures for air <br /> quality (including odors), water quality (ground and surface) and <br /> noise. Plans shall address the parameters to be sampled, <br /> sampling frequency and period and methods of analysis. <br /> <br /> <br />
