Applicable <br />sewer and water mink and lateral charges will apply. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: Sewer and water trunk charges will be paid through <br />the Tm'{ Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Park and Trail Dedication: The park dedication fee and trail fee will be addressed <br />through the Tax Increment Financing Agreement between the property owner and the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The Stormwater Management Fee will be paid through <br />the Tax Increment Financing agreement between the property owner and the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />REU Number: This property will be subject to a storm water utility charge. The <br />quarterly charge is dependent upon the number of residential equivalent units (REU). <br />Information including the total lot area and the total impervious area should be submitted <br />so that the R_EU can be determined. <br /> <br />The Plarming Commission meeting will be at 7:00 pm on Thursday, Apr/1 6, 2006, at the <br />Fire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard to review your site plan.
