GADS P~-~irie - Council feedback was positive regarding the sketch plan for GADS Prairie, <br />one-level tow~omes on the _.~ acre parcel located on the west side of Nowthcn Blvd. north <br />of Iodine Street. <br /> <br />River Pines 6th - Final plat of River Pines 6th (a lot split of Lot 1, Block 3, River Pines 5th) <br />has not been submitted to Council for action because of lack of additional information <br />requested by City Staff. <br /> <br />Accessory Structure Ordinance - Council adopted the ordinance to amend the garage and <br />accessory space allowance for various size parcels in the community. <br /> <br />Stevenson Variance - The Board of Adjustment may recall issuing a variance at 15900 St. <br />Andrews Lane about a year ago to develop the property with a detached accessory structure <br />that would be closer to the front property line than the home (but still meet rain/mum front <br />yard setback). The applicants were not able to build witlfin the one year time frame for <br />variances, and requested an extension.
