REuUEST FOR BID <br />PROPOSAL - ~AWA <br />PAGE FOUR <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />Develop a york plan and project an estimated <br />timetable for initiation and completion of the <br />study. The format for such work plan is left <br />to the discretion of the consultant, but should <br />include: mention of major tasks to be <br />performed as part of each study component; <br />accountability for performance; projected <br />timetables; and a study flow chart to <br />illustrate the overall f o~'~-~--an--~-~ming of work <br />for all study components. Indicate projected <br />date of final study completion. <br /> <br />Describe quality control checks to be provided <br />by the consultant, including but not limited to <br />the following: <br /> <br />(a) Job information and job descriptions; <br /> <br />(b) Job evaluation results for benchmark jobs; <br /> <br />(c) Survey data; <br /> <br />(d) Data analyses. <br /> <br />Indicate the percenta§e of total products <br />listed (i.e., percentage of job descriptions to <br />be reviewed, percentage of jobs to be <br />independently evaluated by the consultant, <br />etc.). Add any quality control checks <br />recommended in addition to those listed above. <br /> <br />Describe what consultant assistance would be <br />provided as part of this initial study cost for <br />maintaining the compensation program for <br />benchmark jobs. Describe what consultant <br />assistance would be available at additional <br />cost for maintaining the compensation program <br />for benchmark jobs. <br /> <br />Describe the work plan for providing individual. <br />cities with assistance in evaluating <br />non-benchmark jobs and developing a complete <br />co~pensation program by integrating evaluation <br />and survey data developed for the benchmark <br />Jobs study. <br /> <br /> <br />
