I will be attending this meeting. <br /> <br />RUM RIVER HILLS P.U.D. REGARDING CHANGE IN DENSITY: <br /> <br />Enclosure (DZ-h) contains Council Resolution ~84-ZZ4 dated November <br />13, 1984 which approved of increasing the density from 1 unit per <br />8 acres to I unit per 6.9 acres providing the Metro Council approved <br />of it. There will be a letter from Mr. Jim Barton, Metro Council, <br />regarding this issue available at tonight's meeting. This letter will <br />basically say that Ramsey should control this issue through it's review <br />procedure which is accomplished by the City's zoning ordinance and <br />comprehensive plan. However, they don't look at this as a Metro issue. <br />They further state that we should probably declare a moritorium on <br />development until we have all our controls in place. <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE ~84-11 REGARDING OFF-SALE LIQUOR <br /> <br />SALES OF 3.Z BEER: <br /> <br />Enclosure (DZ-i) contains a copy of proposed Ordinance 4~84-11. This <br />ordinance was introduced and posted on the bulletin board on October <br />Z3, 1984. <br /> <br />Coundl Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of adopting <br />said ordinance. The following proposed motions are hereby submitted <br />for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to dispense <br />with the reading of City Ordinance ~84-11 which is being submitted <br />for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
