There
have been better and better candidates applying for the City's boards and commissions as
positions open up.

Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to recommend that the
City Council appoint Ralph Hunt to the Planning Commission for a term that would expire
December 31, 2011, and to appoint Jessica Trites Rolle to the Planning Commission for a term
that would expire December 31, 2010.

Motion carried. Commissioners are currently allowed to serve a partial term (two years
of less) and two consecutive four-year terms.
