Case #10: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Amending Section 9.11.02 (Accessory Structures) of the <br />Zoning Chapter of City Code <br /> <br />Ass't Community Development Dir/HRA Executive Dir. Frolik advised that the proposed <br />ordinance would amend Section 9.11.02 of the zoning chapter of City Code in relation to <br />accessory structures. The amendment was brought forward to reduce the number of conditional <br />use permits granted for size overages each year. The Planning Commission recommended <br />adoption of this ordinance on March 3, 2006, and the Council introduced the ordinance on March <br />14, 2006. As a part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to: The <br />East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured along the East and South lines respectively) of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE ¼ of SE ¼) of Section numbered Twenty- <br />seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32) North Range Twenty-five (25) West to Riverside <br />Manufacturing. On March 14, 2006, the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the <br />sale.
