24 <br /> <br />shall not project higher than five (5) feet in height, as measured from the <br />established grade of the parking area to which such signs are accessory. <br /> <br />Parking lot instructional signs designating the conditions of use or <br />identification of parking areas shall not exceed eight (8)· square feet and <br />shall not project higher than ten (10) feet in height for wail signs and seven <br />(7) feet in height for ground signs, as measured from the established grade <br />of the parking area(s) to'which such signs are accessory. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Window Signs. Window signs shall not exceed thirty percent <br />(30%) of the area of the window in which the sign is proposed to be displayed. <br /> <br />9.12.10 ' . Business and Industrial Park Signs <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1.. Park Identification Sign~. Industrial or business park <br />signs shall be perm/tted to contain the following information: the name and address of the park, <br />the management or the developer thereof, and the names of the individual businesses located <br />Within said park. Park Member Identification Signs <br /> <br />There shall noi be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (I)ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. A wail sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of <br />the wall to which the sign is to be:affixed. <br /> <br /> <br />
