(George D. Wells), d/b/a Wells
Catering, has properly applied for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license, including Sunday sales,
at 6139 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey. This is the banquet facility located behind JR's Outpost.
Mr. Wells has turned in all the necessary paperwork and fees, and the insurance information has
been received. Mr. Wells has been catering events from this site for the past year and JR's has
taken care of the liquor end of the business. JR's has been able to operate the liquor portion of
the business because the original liquor license for JR's included the building behind the
bar/restaurant. Each year the license was renewed, no changes were made and JR's was able to
maintain the license to cover the event center. Mr. Wells is now applying for his own liquor
license.
